Refund policy
As a small business, we cannot currently process any refunds. However, we do our best to accommodate our homies by offering exchange opportunities on a case-by-case basis. Email us at serioushomiemtl@gmail.com or directly on Instagram @serioushomie if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unworn in its original packaging. In order to complete the exchange process, the buyer will need to return the item to our warehouse within 14 days at their own expense.
Upon receipt, we will verify that the item has not been worn and contact the buyer to confirm the selection of their new item. Once this process is complete, your new item will be sent to you!
